Sales and Marketing Coordinator


True Digital Surgery is a World Leader in Computer-Guided Microsurgery. Our medical imaging and guidance system employs advanced real-time 3D graphic capabilities and proprietary software that is sold to surgeons and hospitals all over the world.



The Sales & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for implementing sales related communication with the sales team and customers.  The role includes planning, organizing, and executing strategies to process customer evaluations, sales process documents, and sales transactions and shipments. The role will also support marketing programs and assist in maintaining promotional materials inventory, plan meetings and trade shows, maintain databases, and prepare department reports.


The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will ensure the sales and/or marketing events are entered into the database and the manager will ensure that the events are tracked through to completion while maintaining on-going communication with the customer.

  • Define processes for tracking and maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction
  • tracks trend results to be presented to management
  • Initiates process changes when appropriate to address the changing needs of customers
  • Maintain CRM
  • Performs special projects as requested
  • Superb critical thinking, analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Outstanding customer facing verbal and written communications skills
  • Enthusiasm for helping customers solve problems in real-time
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility to work with customers across a variety of time zones
  • Experience using SAP or similar CRM

Required Education/Experience

2+ years related experience as a Sales and Marketing intern or coordinator preferably of a medtech product line Superior interpersonal and admin skills are expected.


Helpful Experience

Knowledge of microscopes, endoscopes, robotics, imaging and navigation technology. Possessing a background in the medical device field/ familiarity with medical terminology. Experience with medical product marketing.



Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.  Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar. Superior writing and documentation skills along with superior verbal communication skills are expected.



Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations.  Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis.



Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form. High levels of creativity and quick problem solving capabilities.



Corporate credit cards are not provided, employee will incur expenses (other than corporate pre-paid airfare) and submit expenses for reimbursement weekly.
